Background: One of the most common causes of death and disability worldwide is ischemic stroke. The death and damage of brain cells caused by ischemic stroke can disrupt various body functions, which have an impact on the disability and quality of life of patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between the degree of disability of post ischemic stroke patients and their quality of life towards changes in their post stroke income at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. Method: This study used a cross-sectional study design and was an observational analytic study using primary data in the form of stroke patients at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. The data obtained will then be processed using SPSS. Results: This study shows that 30 respondents had a good degree of disability, and 34 respondents had a good quality of life status. There is a significant relationship between disability and quality of life after stroke to changes in income. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship in the degree of disability, quality of life and change in income. Keywords: Income change, Degree of Disability, Quality of life, Ischemic stroke
