KORELASI HIPERTROFI VENTRIKEL KIRI DENGAN KEJADIAN FENOMENA ALIRAN LAMBAT KORONER
Introduction : Coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP) is an angiographic finding characterized by slowed contrast flow in the coronary vasculature during a coronary angiography procedure. Coronary slow flow phenomenon is often not identified because the pathology mechanism is unknown and the etiology is not comprehensively known, which can cause delays in diagnosis, but based on some literature, the possible etiologies of coronary slow flow phenomenon are microvascular resistance and endothelial dysfunction. Method : This study used an observational analytic research method with a cross sectional approach using secondary data in the form of medical records of patients with coronary slow flow phenomenon. This study uses quantitative research methods because the research data is in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Data were processed in the form of univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test. Result : There were 60 samples from the Medical Record Installation of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang with the results of 50 HVK samples (83.3%) and 10 normal samples (16.67%) with more gender in women (60%) than in men (40%). In the bivariate test, it was found that there was no correlation between HVK based on ECG and echocardiography in CSFP (r = 0.105) p=0.412 (p>0.05). Conclusion : There is a very weak correlation between HVK based on ECG and HVK based on echocardiography in CSFP patients.
