FAKTOR RISIKO KELAINAN SPEKTRUM PLASENTA AKRETA PADA IBU HAMIL DI RSUP DR. MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG TAHUN 2020-2022
Background: Placenta Accreta Spectrum Disorder (PASD) is an abnormal implantation by placental villi invading the myometrium without the decidua basalis. Based on the depth of trophoblast invasion into the myometrium, it is divided into three categories: placenta accreta , increta and percreta. The incidence of PASD continues to increase along with the increase in cesarean section rates. In Indonesia, the rate of PASD has reached 2-4% and has continued to increase in recent decades. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for accreta placenta spectrum disorders in pregnant women at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Hospital period 2020-2022. Methods: This study used an observational analytic research method with a cross sectional design. Sample collection using consecutive sampling method. The total sample in the study was obtained as many as 155 samples that had been determined and in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data processed was secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test and multivariate analysis with logistic regression test. Results: A total of 91 pregnant women who gave birth at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang period 2020-2022 experienced PASD. The frequency distribution of patients with PASD is age < 20 and ≥ 35 years (47.9%), multiparity (59%), placenta previa (73,7%), history of cesarean section ≥ 2 times (88,9%), history of other uterine surgery (66,7%), and Inter-Pregancy Interval (IPI) < 18 months (36,4%). There was a significant association (p value
