PENGARUH ONLINE CONSUMER REVIEW TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN MELALUI APLIKASI SHOPEE PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This research aims to prove that there is an influence online consumer review on purchasing decisions via the Shopee application for students of the Economic Education Study Program at FKIP Sriwijaya University. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative type of research. The population in this research is students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP, Sriwijaya University Class 2019-2023 using the technique Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 188 students. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using a formula Product Moment and reliability of use Alpha Cronbach. The results of the research show that the partial hypothesis test (t-test) shows that tcount ≥ ttable = 9,33 ≥ 1,97 eyes H0 rejected and Ha accepted, it can be concluded that there is an influence online consumer review on purchasing decisions via the Shopee application for students of the Economic Education Study Program at FKIP Sriwijaya University. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to develop critical mastery in compiling questionnaire instrument statement items regarding variables online consumer review and purchasing decisions and the need to further develop the substance of the shortcomings of this research, namely the need to discuss the objects reviewed in detail so that the substance of this research can be achieved as a whole.
