EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE PADA APLIKASI DISNEY+ HOTSTAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE MECUE QUESTIONNAIRE (2.0)
Disney+ Hotstar as an audio and video distribution service provider using the internet (Over-The-Top) gets a low rating on Google Play Store, in turn it’s essential to be focus on the application’s user experience quality by evaluating the user experience. This study purpose to evaluate Disney+ Hotstar user’s experience using MeCUE Questionnaire (2.0) method. The results of this method consist of the Perception of Instrumental Product Qualities module, Usefulness (5.43) and Usability (6.02) variable. Perception of Non-Instrumental Product Qualities module, Visual Aesthetics (5.74), Status (3.73), and Commitment (2.88) variable. Emotions module, Positive Emotions (5.27) and Negative Emotions (2.19) variable. Consequences module, Intention to Use (4.17) and Product Loyalty (3.76) variable. Global module with a value of 3.8. The respondents in this research were individuals residing in Palembang City. From these results, usability variable has the highest value, and negative emotions variable has the lowest value.
