The industrial era 4.0 makes student career planning important because it can help prepare and develop aspirations according to their talents and abilities so they are ready to face the world of work. However, the reality in the field is that students are not able to plan their careers and have career-related problems. This research aims to develop a career card as a group guidance medium with career planning material at SMA N 1 Indralaya Utara that is valid, practical and effective. This research uses research and development (R&D) research methods with the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) development model. The subjects used were class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Data was collected through validation sheets, questionnaires and guidance test results. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validation assessments, questionnaires and guidance test results. The research results show that the career card has met the validity criteria after a validation test was carried out. The practicality score at the one to one stage was 92% in the very practical category, the small group stage was 98% in the very practical category and the field test stage was 95% in the very practical category. The measured effectiveness of the career card in the field test was 90 in the very good category. Therefore, the career card with career planning material meets the criteria of being valid, practical and effective. It is hoped that this research can be used as learning material or media in group guidance services. Keywords: Group guidance, Career Card, Career Planning
