Nibra's House Sukarami Palembang is a store that runs in the Muslim clothing and equipment business and it has not yet maximized its promotional endeavors for its products. Consequently, Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM) is introduced with the objective of enhancing the product promotion services offered by Nibra's House Sukarami Palembang. The developed system uses the FAST system development method and utilize social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram of Nibra's House Sukarami Palembang. The outcomes of this study are a website-based Social CRM system that supports customer relationship management via the utilization of the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.
