EVALUASI USABILITY PADA APLIKASI DIGIROOM BY AUTO 2000 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE USABILITY TESTING

Digiroom by Auto 2000 is an application provided by Auto 2000 to make it easier for consumers to access service services at Auto 2000. Even though the application has a rating of 4.5 on Playstore, the application has usability complaints in the comments column, so it is necessary to test the usability of the application by using the usability testing method. Usability testing is carried out to measure aspects of learnability, efficiency, errors by carrying out task scenarios. Interviews were conducted to determine usability problems and questionnaires were used to determine user satisfaction with the application. Based on usability testing, the learnability aspect was 80%, the efficiency aspect was 0.0082 goals/sec and the error aspect was 12.5% with the level of user satisfaction with the application being 70% -80%. There were 3 usability problems experienced by users, namely when paying for different service results on the receipt and in the application, participants experienced difficulties when they wanted to see the vehicle service history results, and participants experienced errors in the application when using the application.
