ANALISIS PENGARUH PARAMETER PEMOTONGAN TERHADAP GAYA TEKAN PADA PROSES GURDI.
The drilling process is the process of making holes in the workpiece for the assembly process between one component and another. This research analyzes the effect of cutting parameters using a strain gauge dynamometer on the compressive force in the drilling process. The cutting parameters used are spindle rotation and feed motion Measurements were carried out to compare the cutting process with the compressive force in the drilling process. This research was tested using a drilling process using a 10 mm diameter HSS chisel with aluminum workpiece and then the results would be analyzed as the influence of cutting parameters on compressive force. Tests used spindle revolutions of 230, 360, 500, 900, and 1650 with feed rates of 0.10 and 0.25. From the test results it can be concluded that the greater the spindle rotation speed, the greater the compressive force. For the feed rate, it can be concluded that the greater the feed force (f), the greater the pressure force (F) produced. From the test, it was found that the largest compressive force was at feeding force (f) 0.25 and at RPM 1650, namely 1079,731 (N) and the smallest was at feeding force (f) 0.10 and RPM 360, namely 406,250 (N).
