ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI NIAT PENGGUNAAN BANK DIGITAL SEABANK MENGGUNAKAN MODIFIKASI UTAUT2 DENGAN SECURITY, PRIVACY, DAN TRUST
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention to use SeaBank digital bank. The conceptual framework was developed through extending the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) by adding three variables, namely Security, Privacy, and Trust. Data were collected using an online questionnaire filled out by SeaBank digital bank users. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach method. The results of this analysis show that behavioral intention towards SeaBank digital bank adoption is influenced by effort expectancy, social influence, price value, habit, security, and trust. While the moderation variable of age is significantly related in moderating the performance expectancy variable, the moderation variable of gender is significantly related in moderating the performance expectancy and price value variables, and the moderation variable of experience is significantly related in moderating the security and trust variables.
