CHATBOT MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA PATTERN BASED UNTUK PELAYANAN PELANGGAN DI TRAVEL HAJI DAN UMROH
Chatterbot, commonly known as chatbot, has emerged as an undeniable contemporary trend. With the utilization of artificial intelligence, technology now aids humans in problem-solving, particularly in the realm of hajj and umrah. This research aims to enhance the services of hajj and umrah travel through the development of a chatbot based on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on a website. The method employed is pattern-based, further enhanced by the integration of cosine similarity algorithm to improve the accuracy and recall of the chatbot. A dataset comprising 100 FAQ entries and 75 user questions is utilized in this study. The research results demonstrate that the implementation of the pattern-based method has yielded commendable performance, with an accuracy of 73% and a recall of 71%. However, a significant improvement is observed through the amalgamation of the pattern + cosine method, indicating an accuracy of 85% and a recall of 83%. This improvement signifies that the integration of cosine similarity into regex patterns positively influences the chatbot's ability to recognize and respond to queries related to hajj and umrah.
