Discord is a communication platform that facilitates users to send messages,images, audio, video, and even screen sharing to each other. Discord is designed to help players communicate and coordinate via private servers separate from the game itself. This allows users to send text messages and voice chats to each other without disrupting game performance. The aim of this research is first how to evaluate UI/UX using the meCUE method and what are the results of UI/UX evaluation on the Discord application using the meCUE method. meCUE Questionnaire consists of 5 modules and 10 instruments with 34 statement items which will be answered by respondents through a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 200 respondents where Discord had the highest average score on the visual aesthetics and status indicators with a score of 5.52 and The lowest value is in the positive emotion category, namely 3.84. Then the average value of Module V, which is the overall evaluation, is 4.5, which means that the discord is good, but the user experience has a low positive emotion value when using the discord application.
