This study aims to develop 3D learning media based on the Assemblr EDU application to increase the learning interest of fourth grade students of SDN 02 Indralaya Utara. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of media expert validation obtained a percentage of 95.83% with a very valid category. Material expert validation obtained a percentage of 79.54% with a valid category. Practitioner expert validation obtained a percentage of 97.62% with a very practical category. The results of students' responses in individual trials obtained a percentage of 97.22% with a very interesting category and in small group trials obtained a percentage of 95.37% with a very interesting category. The N-Gain score obtained was 0.841 with a high category. Thus it can be concluded that the resulting product is suitable for use in learning activities.
