Transportation is needed to support various community activities in the city of Palembang. Without transportation, the country cannot achieve satisfactory results in economic development. One mode of public transportation in the city of Palembang is conventional city transportation which does not yet have a regular operational system. To overcome this problem, the government provides LRT feeder city transportation with a Buy The Service scheme to meet community needs. This research aims to measure the level of satisfaction of users of the Musi Emas LRT feeder corridor 7 on the Bukit Siguntang - Cambodia Stadium route using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on five dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, attention and tangibility. The results of this research are factors that influence LRT feeder user satisfaction. Analysis based on survey results of 400 respondents. The factors that influence significantly are reliability with indicators of operational hours in accordance with user needs of 88%, concrete evidence with indicators of availability of trash boxes of 98%, guarantees with indicators of safety and comfort when inside feeders and bus stops of 91%, concern with The indicator of information on stopping points and destination locations helps passengers well by 98%, empathy with the officer service indicator in helping passengers with special needs is 90%. The results of the research explain that the satisfaction of corridor 7 LRT feeder users is included in the poor category because LRT feeder user satisfaction is significant at 44%
