PT. Jasa Laksa Utama is a coal mining company that is part of PT. Bara Alam Utama, located in Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. Results of company's coal production are stored in stockpile. Problem that occurs in this company is stockpile management that has not been going well due to high coal in that exceeds coal out, so there is coal final stock and it can cause difficulty in implementing FIFO system. This problem is resolved through a study which aims to evaluate percentage of coal out management on coal in, analyze factors that affect stockpile management, and analyze efforts to improve stockpile management. Research method used is to combine theory with data taken from direct field observations. Results of this study showed that percentage of coal out on coal in was 78% with coal in was 1.260.357,54 mt and coal out was 987.014,72 mt. In May – July 2022, planned coal in is 1.265.513,00 mt and coal out is 987.100,14 mt. In July 2022 there is a plan for coal final stock of 551.755,68 mt to exceed stockpile capacity of 446.685,09 mt.
