A valid, practical, and effective web-based sepak takraw learning media model has been successfully developed. This research is based on the Borg and Gall development model, which comprises eight stages: identifying potential issues, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, small-group testing, product revision, and large-group testing. Data collection techniques include validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The web-based sepak takraw learning media model underwent validation by two expert validators, resulting in an average score of 4.52, indicating a high level of validity.The practicality of the developed web-based learning media model was tested and scored 3.45 in the "very good" category. Furthermore, the practicality of using the web-based sepak takraw learning media model was evaluated and achieved a score of 3.67 in the "very good" category. The effectiveness of this web-based sepak takraw learning media model was measured by an N-gain score of 0.67, falling into the "moderate" category. In conclusion, this research indicates that student learning outcomes can be enhanced by implementing Physical Education and Health Learning with a web-based learning media model. It is recommended that teachers frequently use audiovisual-based web learning media models to maximize students' learning outcomes
