In carrying out activities to achieve its goals, an organization has several factors that are interrelated and influence each other. One of these factors which is very important is human resources, so organizations are required to mobilize the management and optimization of their human resources. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Department of Palembang City. The type of data used in research shows quantitative data and qualitative data. This research shows a saturation sample of 83 employees of the Palembang City Youth and Sports Department. The results of this research are that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Palembang City Youth and Sports Department with a determination level of 20.2% Keyword: Physical Work Environment, and Employee Performance
