IMPLEMENTASI INDOOR POSITIONING SYSTEM PADA BUKU DI PERPUSTAKAAN FASILKOM UNSRI BERBASIS RFID MENGGUNAKAN METODE TRILATERATION
Location detection is a system for detecting and determining the location of an object, thing or person in a certain environment. The RFID system used to capture data uses an RFID reader on tags placed on a shelf to determine the position of a target tag on an object. In this research, RFID tag location measurements were carried out using three RFID antennas by applying the Trilateration technique which was carried out at the Fasilkom Unsri Library. Trilateration itself is a location mapping technique based on the distance of an object to a reference point. In implementing Trilateration, to convert the RSSI obtained from the RFID device into distance, machine learning algorithms are used. The machine learning used in this research is Support Vector Regression. Based on the results of this research, it was found that an indoor mapping system could be built using the Trilateration technique. This technique is able to map the presence of RFID tags with an average error of 41.63952444 cm. In converting distance, it is known that SVR has an average error of 44.231219 cm.
