An information system is a system that provides information for management in making decisions and also to carry out operations company, where the system is a combination of people, information technology and organized procedures. In medical record services, the information system is one of the supports in processing medical record service data, one of which is outpatient registration. This system was created using PHP and MYSQL programming languages for database management. As a result of this final assignment, an online clothing sales website-based application was created. jumputan which provides information on goods, stock of goods, sales reports and transaction processes. After carrying out the Black Box test, it can be concluded that the application is running well. This application can make it easier to manage data andtransactions.
