Tax is the main source of revenue for the government that must be paid by individuals to the government as a financial contribution to finance public expenditures and services by the government to the community for the prosperity of the people. In this research, UI/UX design of V-TAX system based on mobile application at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Palembang City was conducted to help taxpayers access tax information, apply for tax reduction and objection letters, and make tax payments easily and quickly. This research uses the Human Centered Design (HCD) method using the Figma application in making UI/UX design. Data collection is done by observation through distributing questionnaires, then brainstorming through discussions with several employees in providing UI/UX design ideas. Then, the UI/UX design results that have been made are evaluated using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method to suit the needs of taxpayers.
