PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP INNOVATION CAPABILITY DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN STUDI KASUS PT. SEMEN BATURAJA Tbk
Knowledge sharing, which tries to maximize the use of knowledge through the dissemination of knowledge to associated parties, is one of the primary procedures in knowledge management. Exchange of information, especially knowledge sharing, can inspire people to come up with fresh, innovative ideas, communicate clearly, and increase both the quantity and quality of work produced by employees. All of these things can boost an individual's capacity for innovation as well as their performance. Thus, the purpose of this research is to comprehend how information sharing affects PT Semen Baturaja Tbk employees' performance and capacity for innovation. The participants in this study were PT Semen Baturaja Tbk employees. Simple random sampling was the method used for sampling, which was done at random. Up to 50 respondents were included in the sample for this research, which was calculated using the Slovin algorithm. The technical structural equation model (SEM) with SmartPLS software is the data analysis method employed. The study's findings show a positive correlation between the variables, with information sharing having a substantial and beneficial impact on each of the following: employee performance, firm innovation capability, and individual innovation capability.
