PENERAPAN METODE DESIGN THINKING DALAM PERANCANGAN PROTOTIPE APLIKASI PANDUAN HIDUP SEHAT BERDASARKAN BERAT BADAN
The increasing number of cases of overweight makes this a problem that continues to increase. Based on the results of the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) in 2018, the prevalence of being overweight in adults has increased from 11.5% to 13.6% in 2013. Unhealthy living habits and the various risks of disease that arise encourage some individuals to regulate their diet and do regular exercise with the help of health and fitness applications. However, some drawbacks are still found, such as the recommended food being less than local food, inaccurate measurements, and monotonous movements. With those problems, a prototype of a healthy living guide application based on weight was designed to determine user needs, usability, and feasibility of the prototype. The method used in this research is Design Thinking to provide a solution-based approach, creating ideas and prototypes that will be tested. The prototype testing stage was carried out using two testing methods, the first is the MIUS and MAUS testing methods which obtained an average score of 75 with a medium or medium usability score level. The second test method, the System Usability Scale (SUS), showed a result of 84.5, with an acceptability range of acceptable, and a grade scale of A. With participant feedback, recommendations were obtained for improving the prototype design on the food journal page, trainer list, and consultation schedule.
