Official study tutoring is now an option for students to help them prepare for further education. Tutoring management usually prepares certain strategies to help students enter the intended service. In Indonesia, official schools are very popular and sought after by many students. This is due to several advantages offered by service schools: lower fees—sometimes even free—covered by the state, and more opportunities to work directly after graduation. His high interest causes a lot of competition to enter official schools. STIS Statistics Polytechnic is one of the most sought after places to study at the moment. The New Student Selection Selection (SPMB) at the STIS Statistics Polytechnic goes through many steps. So, it is important for tutoring managers to know what components determine graduation in this option. Ineffective student learning strategies and processes can be caused by tutoring management's ignorance about graduation factors. Therefore, this research uses data processing science to classify data from the 2022 STIS Statistics Polytechnic SPMB results using the ID3 decision tree algorithm. The purpose of this research is to determine the main factors that determine student graduation. Furthermore, research findings can be used to support tutoring management decisions when making plans for evaluation and future strategies. Based on the findings of this research, tutoring students will be provided with the most appropriate and appropriate coaching strategies. The ID3 Decision Tree algorithm is used to perform data mining to analyze the set. Based on research conducted on the data, the Kappa value is 1,000, Accuracy is 100%, Recall is 100,000%, Classification Error is 0.00 and Precision is 100%.
