PENERAPAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (KMS) MENGGUNAKAN MODEL CHOO SENSE MAKING (STUDI KASUS: DIVISI QHSE PADA PT. WASKITA KARYA TOL KAPB IV SEKSI 2A)
This study focuses on the knowledge and experience that the employees have that is not documented because of employee changes that occur in the organization's structure or even the current program. Due to this, a knowledge management system is required in order to transfer and document knowledge in the PT. Waskita Karya Tol KAPB IV Seksi 2A Divisi QHSE work unit. This study uses the Choo-Sense Making model, a knowledge management model that focuses on the three processes of knowledge management development: sense making, knowledge creation, and decision making. This approach is used because it can identify existing knowledge gaps and generate new knowledge in a format that can be used to identify existing knowledge on its own. This study yielded a system that is useful for documenting employee knowledge in a proper and efficient manner. This system has the ability to systematically document both implicit and explicit knowledge that has not yet been documented. This knowledge management system can be improved further by adding more features related to information sharing, and it is anticipated that when more choices are made for knowledge categories, users' needs will be taken into consideration
