The knowledge and experience possessed by the administrative staff of theFaculty of Computer Science at the University of Sriwijaya are currently storedindividually and have not been documented in an integrated system. Consequently, when a staff member transitions to another department, their knowledge andexperience also move away and become lost. The objective of this researchis todesign and construct a Knowledge Management System within the Facultytocomprehensively manage the knowledge of the administrative staff at FasilkomUnsri in providing excellent services. In designing the Knowledge Management System, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for users, especially in termsof usability and user experience, the researcher utilized the Design Thinkingmethod. The application of the Design Thinking concept in this research resultedin a system that aligns with the desires and needs of the users. Testingwasconducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to assess the system'susability. The SUS score obtained was 84.6 with an adjective rating of "A"(excellent). Therefore, it can be concluded that the design and development of theKnowledge Management System for Administrative Services at FasilkomUnsri isacceptable.
