ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI MOBILE BANKING SUMSEL BABEL MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS) (Studi Kasus : Pengguna Mobile Banking Sumsel Babel Masyarakat PALI)
Mobile banking has become an integral part of modern banking services, and user satisfaction with these applications is crucial in enhancing digital banking services using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with the participation of 373 respondents. The primary objective is to identify usage issues and comprehend users' perceptions of this application. The research results revealed a SUS score of 31.46, indicating the "Not Acceptable" category, with a "Poor" rating on the Adjective Rating scale. These findings suggest that the Mobile Banking Sumsel Babel application has a low level of usability and requires significant improvement to enhance user satisfaction. These findings can assist service providers in identifying areas that require special attention to improve the quality of their applications. This reaserch contributes to the understanding of mobile banking application usability and serves as a guideline for financial service providers to enhance the user experience in the Mobile Banking Sumsel Babel application
