TINDAK TUTUR BAHASA MELAYU PALEMBANG PADA PROGRAM STUDIO 42 UHF PALTV DAN IMPLIKASINYA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA
This research describes the types and communicative functions of a speech act. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis techniques use referential and pragmatic matching methods. The data studied is in the form of speech acts in the UHF PALTV Studio 42 Program. From the results of the research, 195 utterances were found, the most frequently found speech act was assertive with 113 utterances. In directive speech acts, 48 utterances were found, 8 commissive utterances, and 26 expressive utterances. In relation to Palembang culture, bragging speech is found in assertive speech acts. The act of bragging is related to the habit of joking or joking among the people of Palembang or known as joking betok. This research can have implications for learning Indonesian at school, namely in class XI high school drama text material. The application of speech act learning can improve students' listening and speaking skills. The learning outcomes applied are, evaluating various ideas and views based on logical thinking principles from listening to various types of texts (non-fiction and fiction) in the form of monologues, dialogues and speeches; able to present ideas, thoughts and creativity in language in the form of monologues, dialogues and speeches logically, systematically, critically and creatively. The results of learning outcomes can be seen from the work on LKPD and students' skills in performing drama performances.
