PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN DANA PERIMBANGAN TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Capital Expenditures are financial expenditures allocated for the procurement or development of tangible fixed assets that provide benefits for more than 1 year. There is instability in the growth of Original Regional Income, Balancing Funds and Capital Expenditures in South Sumatra Province. This research aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income and Balancing Funds on Capital Expenditures. Secondary data types were used in the form of time series for the period 2012 - 2021 and cross section data for 17 regencies/cities in South Sumatra Province. The data obtained comes from the Directorate General of Financial Balance. Data analysis was carried out descriptively based on the panel data regression method and data processing using E-Views using the Fixed Effect Model. Based on the findings of the test results that have been carried out, it is known that partially, Regional Original Income and Balancing Funds have a significant positive effect. Regional Original Income is the most dominant variable that influences Capital Expenditure. Simultaneously, the results obtained show that Regional Original Income and Balancing Funds have an effect on Capital Expenditure
