The Academic Information System (AIS) is a system created to simplify the management of academic administration in educational institutions, including Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. User satisfaction is needed by the developers of a system because it can be important assessment data for them in an effort to improve the services offered by the system in the future. This research aims to measure user satisfaction through the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method on the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic AIS website. The variables evaluated include content, accuracy, form, ease of use, and timeliness. The results of the validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire showed that the test questions had provided valid and reliable results. This study involved 158 respondents who were users of the Academic Information System (AIS) of Palembang Aviation Polytechnic. Based on Kaplan Norton's average user satisfaction calculation theory, the average user satisfaction with content, accuracy, form, ease of use, and timeliness is 4.63, which is in the satisfied category. This is a suggestion to continue to improve and develop the quality of the Academic Information System (AIS) website so that user satisfaction can be improved overall.
