EVALUASI USABILITY DAN USER EXPERIENCE PADA APLIKASI TRANSPORTASI ONLINE LOKAL BERDASARKAN KARAKTERISTIK GENERASI Z MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ) DAN COGNITIVE WALKTHROUGH
Ojin is the first online transportation application in Indralaya. The potential for user dissatisfaction cannot be dismissed solely based on the application's user count. Therefore, it is essential to assess the Ojin application through methods such as the user experience questionnaire and cognitive walkthrough. This study aims to evaluate user experience and measure the usability level of the Ojin application based on the characteristics of generation Z using the User Experience Questionnaire and Cognitive Walkthrough methods. The results of this study found a total of 108 problems which were then mapped into 31 usability problems. The most usability problems were found by respondent 2 with 27 problems. Six UEQ rating scales get poor results in five categories, namely attractiveness (0.532), efficiency (0.498), dependability (0.574), stimulation (0.372), and novelty (-0.109). One category at the unfavorable level is perspicuity (0.739). It is necessary to make improvements and improve the quality of the Ojin application referring to the recommendations for improvement.
