This research aims to determine decentralization, the influence of task uncertainty on managerial performance, and the management accounting system influencing the relationship between decentralization on managerial performance and the management accounting system influencing task uncertainty on managerial performance. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained manually. directly from the original source or first party. The research population is the population in this study are managers or structural officials at construction companies in the city of Palembang. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method with a total of 40 respondents. The research method used is a survey method. The research results show that decentralization has an influence on managerial performance, task uncertainty has no influence on managerial performance, the management accounting system influences the relationship between decentralization and managerial performance, the management accounting system does not influence the relationship between task uncertainty and managerial performance.
