This research discusses the development of a web-based savings and loan application for the DR. Sobirin Hospital Cooperative in Musi Rawas Regency. The DR. Sobirin Hospital Cooperative in Musi Rawas Regency faces challenges in operational management, particularly in recording member savings and loan transactions. The use of manual systems often results in errors and difficulties in record-keeping. Using the waterfall method, this application is designed to improve data management efficiency and savings and loan processes. The result is an application that is easily accessible to cooperative members, streamlining transaction processes, and providing data security and accuracy. It is hoped that the adoption of this application will increase operational efficiency, expedite management decision-making, and enhance service quality to members.
