PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA DI PT BPR PRIMADANA ABADI PALEMBANG.
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship and influence of organizational motivation and commitment on work performance at PT BPR Primadana Abadi Palembang. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis with primary data types. The population and sample amounted to 30 employees using a sampling technique, namely a saturated sampling technique. The test results of data instruments use validity and reliability, namely all items. valid and reliable statements. Research data analysis techniques include multiple regression analysis, correlation, determination and significance tests simultaneously (F test) and partial (t test). The results of the correlation analysis show that motivation, organizational commitment have a strong relationship with work performance. The results of the study through multiple regression analysis of organizational motivation and commitment variables have a positive effect on employee work performance and the F test results state that simultaneously organizational motivation and commitment have a positive and significant effect on work performance. While the results of the t test stated that partially the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on work performance, and also organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT BPR Primadana Abadi Palembang. Advice for companies should increase employee motivation, continue to maintain increased organizational commitment. Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Work Performance
