PENGEMBANGAN PERSONA MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS KLASTER UNTUK KETERWAKILAN PERANCANGAN DESAIN UX APLIKASI (STUDI KASUS: WEBSITE PENCARI PROYEK)
The phenomenon of difficulty finding work is one of the issues faced by the current generation, especially among young graduates. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) released data regarding the number of unemployed in Indonesia in 2023, which reached 5.45%. This condition is caused by a lack of readiness of prospective applicants in terms of skills, knowledge and information as well as high job competition. In this research, data collection techniques were carried out using a survey of 200 respondents including active students and new graduates. The analysis method uses K-Means for persona development which helps developers understand the motivations, needs, skills and challenges faced by users. This approach is used when the developer has limited knowledge of the target user's behavior. The final results of this research present two data-based personas based on cluster one (n = 24) and cluster two (n = 84). This research uses Maze and System Usability Scale as usability tests on the prototype designs that have been created. Usability Testing results show that the prototype design can be a solution and meets user needs. This is proven by the ease with which respondents completed the test scenario tasks, resulting in a high percentage of success with "Acceptable High" in the acceptability ranges, and "Best Imaginable" in the adjective ratings with a grade scale of B.
