This study aims to determine the increase especially improvement in the results of the extracurricular takraw students precept at SMK Negeri 1 Lahat. This research uses a quasi experimental research method. This study used a pre- experimental research design with one group pretest and posttest design. The treatment in this study was a test of juggling skills. The sample in this study totaled 35 students and were students are of the takraw extaracurricular at SMK Negeri 1 Lahat. This treatment was conducted for 6 weeks with a frequenc of practice 3 times a week that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Treatment was assessed based on the results of comparison between pretest and posttest result. Based on the resultof the data analys that has been carried out, it can be concluded there is a significant effect of juggling practice on the result of sepak sila on takraw extracurricular student at SMK Negeri 1 Lahat with t count of 5.515, t table of 2.045 and with a percentage increase of 31,3%. So it can be conclude that there is an effect of juggling practice on the results of the extracurricular takraw students at SMK Negeri 1 Lahat.
