Diarrhoea is responsible for the death of 370,000 children worldwide and accounts for 14.5% of infant deaths in Indonesia; in the Palemraya Health Centre working area, the incidence of diarrhoea in infants is 47.36% of cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between healthy homes and maternal personal hygiene with the incidence of diarrhoea in young children aged 0-59 months. The research is quantitative with a cross-sectional method. The sample in this study consisted of 77 respondents who were mothers with infants aged 0-59 months. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, the results showed that 32 toddlers aged 0-59 months (41.56%), in the working area of Palemraya Health Centre experienced diarrhoea in the last 3 months. This is associated with the components of the house not meeting healthy requirements (p-value = 0.000), not meeting healthy home sanitation facilities (p-value = 0.000), the poor behaviour of the occupants of the house (p-value = 0.000), as well as the personal hygiene of the mothers in terms of hand washing and food management practices with each value (p-value = 0.000). It was concluded that the incidence of diarrhoea in children aged 0-59 months in the Palemraya Health Centre working area was significantly associated with the fulfilment of healthy home components, the availability of sanitation facilities, occupant behaviour in terms of sanitation and maternal personal hygiene in terms of hand washing habits and maternal food management practices. Suggestions from this study, the community should be able to better maintain and maintain the cleanliness of the house, take measures to manage water cleanliness, provide garbage disposal and get used to washing hands with soap and running water
