COVID 19: ANALISIS RISIKO LIKUIDITAS DAN RISIKO KREDIT PADA STABILITAS BANK DI INDONESIA.
The widespread outbreak of Covid-19 that occurred a few years ago resulted in shocks to various sectors, including the global economy and Indonesia. This led to numerous obstacles affecting economic activities, ultimately disturbing the stability of banking institutions. This research aims to analyze liquidity risk and credit risk on the stability of banks in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic period from 2018 to 2022. The data utilized are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the World Health Organization (WHO). The analytical technique employed in this study is the panel data analysis method with Fixed Effect Model estimation. The findings of this research reveal that the Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) variable significantly influences financial stability in banking institutions. Furthermore, the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) variable exhibits a negative coefficient on bank stability but lacks significant impact on the financial stability of banking institutions. The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable demonstrates a significant influence but with a negative direction on bank stability. The Funding Risk variable has a positive coefficient direction but lacks significant influence on bank stability, while the Return on Asset (ROA) variable significantly affects bank stability in a negative direction. Keywords: Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Funding Risk, Return on Asset (ROA), Covid-19, Bank Stability.
