The success of stunting prevention efforts is influenced by the skills of cadres in anthropometric measurements. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of Posyandu cadres on anthropometric measurement skills in preventing stunting in Palembang City. Method : The method in this study is a mixed method or sequential mixed method with a sequential explanatory design. Quantitative method used with cross sectional design. Bivariate data analysis using the chi square test and multivariate confounding test using logistic regression. Whereas the qualitative method explores knowledge and attitudes with the skills of posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements of preventing stunting in toddlers using a phenomenological approach. Research results: There is a relationship between cadre knowledge and cadre skills in anthropometric measurements (p value 0.022
