This research aims to analyze the effect of financial inclusion on financial system stability in BRICS countries. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of panel data for the 2012-2021 period. The method in this research uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis techniques, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The variables in this research consist of the dependent variable, namely financial system stability which is proxied using Bank Z-Score data and the independent variable, namely the financial inclusion index which is divided into 3 dimensions, namely bank penetration, bank availability and bank usage. The results of this research show that bank penetration has a positive and significant effect on financial system stability. Meanwhile, bank availability and bank usage variables have a negative effect on financial system stability.
