PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR BADAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH (BPKD) KABUPATEN LAHAT.
Introduction: Performance is the result or level of a person's success during a specific period in carrying out their duties. Training is a way to improve worker performance. Government organizations can provide training to employees to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of government tasks. This study aims to see the effect of training on employee performance, especially at the Office of the Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) of Lahat Regency. Method: This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative methods assisted by the SPSS program. The sample in this study were all BPKD employees of Lahat Regency who were actively working with as many as 45 people. Data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires. The research instrument was tested with validity and reliability tests. The data were then analyzed using a simple regression analysis test, correlation of determination, and hypothesis. Results: The simple linear regression analysis results showed a constant value (a) of 12.290 and a training regression coefficient (b) of 0.655. This means that employee performance will increase if the training variable is expanded. The correlation coefficient test states an r-value of 0.705, illustrating the intense relationship between training and employee performance. In addition, the hypothesis test (t) shows the t-count value of (6.523)> t-table (2.016), with a significance level of 0.000 less than the alpha number used, which is 0.05 (0.000 < 0.050) this means that the hypothesis is accepted so that there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. Conclusion: Training has a significant and positive influence on the performance of employees of BPKD Lahat Regency
