The aim of measuring environmental performance is to determine the effectiveness of the company's environmental management strategy. The balanced scorecard (BSC) method was modified into a sustainability balanced scorecard (SBSC) by adding environmental indicators to the four BSC perspectives to obtain environmental performance information. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The primary data used is in the form of a questionnaire distributed to employees at PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. The research results show that environmental performance in the four sustainability balanced scorecard (SBSC) perspectives or financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective produces good value. It is hoped that this research can provide information for management and become material for consideration for further research.
