FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH PADA BELANJA MODAL KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN 2012-2022.
Capital expenditure has an important role in advancing the economic growth of a region through the procurement, purchase, or construction of fixed assets and other assets that contribute significantly to economic development. This study aims to analyze the effect of Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Area on Capital Expenditure in 17 Districts/Cities of South Sumatra Province for the 2012-2022 period. This type of research data is quantitative research and secondary data sourced from the Directorate General of Financial Balance (DJPK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis technique used is regression analysis of panel data using Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study show that partially Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Area respectively have a positive and significant effect, while simultaneously Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Area also have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure in Districts/Cities of South Sumatra Province with a coefficient influence of 0.980826 or 98 percent.
