This study aims to determine the effect of tax administration reform and the quality of tax authorities services on individual taxpayer compliance level at The Primary Tax Service (KPP) Pratama Palembang ilir Barat. This research method uses the type of quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was a purposive sampling with non probability sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 Individual Taxpayers in KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents through google form. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that (1) tax administration reform has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance level at The Primary Tax Service (KPP) Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat., (2) the quality of tax authorities services has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance level at The Primary Tax Service (KPP) Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat.
