UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR LARI SPRINT 100 M MELALUI PERMAINAN MEMASUKKAN PAKU KE DALAM BOTOL PADA SISWA KELAS 1 SMA NEGERI 3 TANJUNG RAJA
This study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of sprint running through traditional games in grade 1 students of SMAN 3 Tanjung Raja. The research method uses qualitative methods with classroom action research techniques. The results of research efforts to improve learning outcomes in 100 m sprints through the game of putting nails into bottles in class 1 students of SMAN 3 Tanjung Raja show that the number of students who pass in the initial conditions is still very low, namely around 5% and the number of students who do not pass is 83% of the total. 30 students were tested, in cycle II there was an increase in the number of students who passed to 73% having reached the KKM standard and in cycle III the number of students who passed the KKM reached 97%. So it can be seen that the increase from the initial conditions before cycles I and II to the end of the research was 80%. Based on the results of research on efforts to improve learning outcomes in 100 m sprints through the game of putting nails into bottles in class 1 students of SMAN 3 Tanjung Raja, it turns out that it has a significant influence on changes in students as seen from behavior and activeness in following the learning process well.
