PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO EDUKASI MENGELOLA SAMPAH UNTUK MENUMBUHKAN KESADARAN REMAJA DI KELURAHAN TIMBANGAN
This research aims to develop valid and practical waste management educational videos that can raise awareness of waste management. This research uses R&D research methods with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are validity, practicality, pretest and posttest analysis. In the first stage, the results of the needs analysis showed that 83.3% of adolescents had used video as a learning medium and 60% of adolescents often used video media in learning activities. The second stage of design, namely preparing software, designing storyboards, and making initial designs. The third stage is to make educational videos and expert validation carried out by three people, namely linguists, material experts, and media experts. The average result of expert validation shows that 96% of the videos are very valid. The fourth stage is implementation, with two stages, namely individual trials (one to one) of 97% very practical and small group trials of 90% very practical. To measure adolescent awareness, pretest and posttest are carried out. The pretest result was 34.55 and the posttest result was 78.18. Pretest and posttest results showed an average N-gain of 68% quite effective. Therefore, the educational video on managing waste is included in the category of very valid, very practical, and effective enough to raise awareness of adolescents in managing waste Keywords: Youth awareness, waste management, educational videos
