Industrial performance measurement is an effort to find information about the results achieved by the industry and measure how far deviations occur due to certain conditions in a period. This study aims to determine the level of technical efficiency of the use of production factors and determine the effect of technical efficiency on profits in the wood furniture industry in Indonesia. The data used is secondary time series data from 2011-2021. The analytical techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression analysis techniques in the form of production functions with a frontier stochastic approcah and simple linear analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation method. The results of this study show that the use factors of production, labor and capital has a positive but significant effect on production results, while raw materials have a positive but not significant effect on production results. Simultaneous and partianaly, technical efficiency variables had a significant influence on profits in the wood furniture industry in Indonesia from 2011 to 2021.
