Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian Pabrik II-B di PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian Pabrik II-B di PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang berjumlah 40 orang. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau sampling sensus sebagai pengambilan sampel, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis data. Data yang diperoleh di uji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi (r) dan koefisien determinasi (R2 ), uji F serta uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian Pabrik II-B di PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. This research aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and occupational health on the work productivity of employees at Factory II-B PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The population in this study was all employees in Factory section II-B at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, totaling 40 people. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used was Saturated sampling or census sampling, where all members of the population are sampled as a sample of 40 people. This research uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The data obtained was tested using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (R2 ), the F test, and the t test. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between work safety on work productivity and work health on the work productivity of employees in Factory section II-B at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang.
