This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity proxied by Current Ratio, solvency proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio and profitability proxied by Return on Equity on the stock price of the food and beverage sub-sector in Indonesia for the period 2017-2022. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the sampling method used is purposive sampling consisting of 17 food and beverage sub-sector companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Company's Annual Financial Statements for the period 2017-2022. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test with the help of SPSS software version 2.6. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Current Ratio variable with the Debt to Equity Ratio variable does not have a significant effect on stock prices. While the Return on Equity variable has a significant positive effect on stock prices.
