Stunting is a global problem that impacts the future of the nation. The prevalence of stunting in Ogan Ilir Regency is still relatively high at 24.9%. Access to health services and environmental factors are part of the indirect factors of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution pattern of stunting incidence based on the distribution of health facilities and analyse the correlation of environmental risk factors with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in 9 Lokus Villages in Ogan Ilir Regency. The research design was a case control ratio of 1: 2 with a total sample of 201 respondents taken by purposive random sampling.
