HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS XI IPS 3 SMA SRIJAYA NEGARA PALEMBANG
This study aims to prove the relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes in economics class XI IPS 3 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a causal associative research design. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and tests. Instrument validation uses the Product Moment Correlation formula and reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach formula. The population in this study were all class XI IPS SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. The research sample was class XI IPS 3 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang, totaling 32 students. The sampling technique used is the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The research data shows that the learning motivation data obtained is categorized as good with an average percentage of 74% and learning outcomes show an average of 86.45% which is categorized as good. Test the coefficient of the determinants of the relationship between variable X (learning motivation) and variable Y (learning outcomes) of 99% and 1% is influenced by other variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes in economics class XI IPS 3 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Based on this research, it is suggested that students maintain learning motivation and good learning outcomes so that the results achieved remain satisfactory.
